Returns & refunds

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To start a return, contact us at info@buzztrove.com with your order number.

Items should be returned unused and in their original condition where possible. Once we receive and check the return, we'll process your refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 working days of us receiving the returned item. Refunds are processed securely through Stripe.

Every product is covered by our 2-year unbreakable warranty against cracks and defects. If an item arrives damaged or fails in normal use, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

For faulty items we cover return postage. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
